Sales & Business Development Partner (remote USA/Canada)

Currently, we are in search of an Sales & Business Development Partner based in the United States or Canada to become responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and team performance within the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Define and execute a targeted business development strategy aligned with our conservative, engineer-led culture;
- Seek out and engage with like-minded companies in need of reliable software partners;
- Build and manage long-term client relationships — not just transactions;
- Act as a bridge between technical leadership and business stakeholders;
- Represent Diatom Enterprises at industry events and in client meetings across the US and Canada.
APPLY FOR THE JOB IF YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in custom software or technology services;;
- A fluent command of the English language;
- A seasoned professional with extensive experience in B2B tech sales or consulting;
- Strong exposure to the ERP, enterprise software, or custom software development;
- Connected within North American tech or business circles through a strong professional network;
- Someone who values quality over quantity and prioritizes long-term trust over short-term wins;
- An excellent communicator, both in-person and in remote settings.
- A degree or certification in a relevant field of Sales, Business Administration, IT, etc.
