HR & Recruitment Manager

Currently, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles, ensuring the hiring of top talent;
- Developing and executing strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire candidates that align with company goals and values;
- Ensuring full-cycle document preparation and management for employees, contractors, and partners;
- Overseeing and continuously improving internal HR procedures, including recruitment workflows, onboarding checklists, and occupational health protocols;
- Participating in weekly meetings with C-level management to align HR strategies with organizational objectives;
- Addressing and managing HR-related inquiries and tasks as they arise, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the IT or software development industry;
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian Labour Law and its application in practice;
- Strong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to digitalize and optimize workflows;
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing team members;
- Proficiency with internal HR tools and software (e.g., applicant tracking systems, and time management tools);
- Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment;
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term planning;
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills for communication with local and foreign staff and partners.
