Our software development team made common services for MSR Lead creation. The MSR Lead – it’s a New Member Service Request Lead which creates during the new account registration and assigns to agents for further communication with the client. In the registration, form client could select the option that he wants to contact the agent. In this case, the MSR Lead creation system will find the corresponding agent. To find the agent the system uses such parameters as client’s address, the last viewed properties, last made searches in the Realty Track’s property search system and others.
There are over 5 places in the Realty Track where the client could register an account. And all of them now use this new MSR Lead creation system. It guarantees that regardless of the place where client registers the account, the new lead will have all info about the new client (also the information about the properties and Geo locations client interested in) and the lead will be delivered to the suitable agent.
Agent Leads standardization
- We have several places where agents could see the details about the lead:
- New lead notification emails
- Accept lead notification emails
- Accepted lead confirmation emails
- Lead preview before acceptance
- Lead details form (available when lead was accepted and we have different forms for different lead types)
- Different lead reports.
We updated the lead classes and made the corresponding changes in all places where the lead information shows. Now the system shows a standard set of data in it: property characteristic client interested in, search locations, information about client and others.
