Last weekend, Diatom Enterprises held its first team-building event of the year, bringing together colleagues for a day of fun, collaboration, and great company. It was a pleasure to see so many familiar faces, reconnect with former colleagues, and welcome new team members who recently joined our company.

For this adventure, we stepped into the world of virtual reality at a cutting-edge VR arena. Over the course of several thrilling hours, we played a variety of interactive games, fully immersing ourselves in the digital realm. One of the most exciting aspects was the ability to move freely in virtual space, interact with dynamic environments, and work together to solve complex challenges. Our favorite moments included engaging arcade-style games and cooperative quests that required teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills—qualities we value in our daily work.
An Evening of Good Food and Great Company
After the adrenaline-fueled VR experience, we continued our evening in a cozy bar in the heart of Riga. Surrounded by good company, we enjoyed a delicious dinner, a selection of flavorful snacks, and some of the finest local beer. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere made for the perfect setting to unwind, share stories, and strengthen our bonds as a team.
