Today is 09.09.2013, this is a symbolic date for Diatom; our company celebrates 9th Birthday today. We would like to say Thank You to all our clients, partners, supporters and of course to our employees. Thank you all for being part of Diatom Enterprises for all this time.
Diatom Enterprises was founded in 2004 since that time our team has grown to 40 full-time software developers. During nine years Diatom’s team had worked on various international projects with companies all over the world, which gave us valuable knowledge and experience in:

List of the most important events in Diatom’s history
In 2005 Diatom became a member of American Chambers of Commerce in Latvia, leading foreign business organization.
In 2006 Diatom became Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
In 2007 Diatom began to support Ronald McDonald House Charities Latvija, an organization whose primary mission is the health and well-being of Latvia’s children.
In 2008 Diatom became involved with local higher education institutions, Senior Managers were teaching an IT Project Management course in the Institute of Transport and Communication (higher education institution).
In 2009 Due to the workforce increase, Diatom office moves into a new location (office), which provided more working place and field for development.
In 2010 Diatom starts to work on the Latvian government project – Electronic Signature.
In 2011 Diatom continue to work with American companies, during this period practically all senior developers were moved to work on clients side in the USA.
In 2012 Diatom actively started to develop Diatom Mobile with real working projects including iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone and Windows Store applications.
