IT Support Specialist (Part-Time On-Site)

For our internal needs, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Part-Time On-Site) to join our team.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
- You will be our organization’s first point of contact in terms of account and device management, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assembly, procurement, and maintenance of the company’s PCs, laptops, and other technology;
- Performing company access and subscription management;
- Being responsible for backup and network management, as well as CI/CD implementation and security analysis;
- Providing on-call IT support for the organization’s employees in Latvia and abroad (remotely).

- 2+ years of prior experience in IT Support;
