Project Manager

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• Development of a service that promotes online advertising using artificial intelligence, which helps consumers to customize ads and improve the effectiveness of marketing;
• Development of related web applications to interact with the client’s internal system, and improvement of existing applications;
• The project’s leading technologies are .NET Core (xUnit, Background & Hosted Services), PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Bash Scripts, AppMetrics, Protobuf, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, JMeter, Selenium WebDriver;
• The project methodology is Agile Scrum.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading a back-end team of 5+ members in executing project tasks in accordance with project plans, schedules, and budgets;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and communicate project status, updates, and risks;
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations;
• Managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed;
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and documentation;
• Providing regular project status reports to senior management during weekly meetings.

APPLY FOR THE JOB IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager of 5+ years, preferably in an international environment;
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira);
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus;
• Good command of the English language;
• An opportunity to work in the Latvian timezone or near (GMT ’till GMT+4).
