Currently, we are looking for a Power BI Analyst to join our team.

  • Our client is at the forefront of educational technology, dedicated to transforming the learning experience for students in Latvia and beyond. The innovative platform leverages data-driven insights to enhance educational outcomes;
  • The project’s leading technologies are Power BI and SQL;
  • Project tools and processes are common to agile development teams (Jira, GitHub, Slack).


  • Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Power BI reports and dashboards;
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes is a plus;
  • Familiarity with the EdTech industry and educational data is an advantage;
  • English must be Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • An opportunity to work in the Latvian timezone or near (GMT ’till GMT+4).

terminal_lineWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders;
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and educational content teams, to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analytics solutions;
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decision-making;
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks;
  • Provide training and support to team members on Power BI best practices and functionalities;
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Power BI features to continuously improve our reporting capabilities.
