  • Our client is at the forefront of educational technology, dedicated to transforming the learning experience for students in Latvia and beyond. The innovative platform leverages data-driven insights to enhance educational outcomes;
  • The project’s leading technologies are Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics;
  • Project tools and processes are common to agile development teams (Jira, GitHub, Slack).

terminal_lineAPPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven experience in setting up and customizing Zoho CRM;
  • Strong expertise in Zoho Analytics, including report creation and data visualization;
  • Excellent understanding of CRM best practices and process optimization;
  • Experience with workflow automation and custom functions in Zoho CRM;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;
  • Familiarity with the EdTech industry and educational data is an advantage;
  • English must be Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • An opportunity to work in the Latvian timezone or near (GMT ’till GMT+4).

terminal_lineWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Configure and customize Zoho CRM to meet the specific needs of our EdTech platform;
  • Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation, and custom functions to streamline business processes;
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system;
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement;
  • Implement best practices for CRM usage and process optimization;
  • Utilize Zoho Analytics to create detailed reports and dashboards;
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making;
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.

  • Compensation of up to 30,00 EUR/h (B2B), which can be negotiated if your experience exceeds our expectations;
